This position will provide overall administrative support across all aspects of the Making Choices Michigan (MCM) organization to support its vision of creating a culture across Michigan where an individual’s healthcare choices and wishes are known and respected. This position will work closely with the Executive Director, Community Coordinator, and others on the MCM team to execute the daily functions of the organization.
With a deep understanding of healthcare data and operations, the BI Software Developer will have a unique opportunity to experience and lead the full continuum of business intelligence and software development activities within the GLHC enterprise.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Program & Technical Operations, the position will manage and optimize the state-wide, multi-stakeholder data repository as well as design and develop custom reporting functionalities and related software applications with a core purpose to advance GLHC’s mission of helping to improve the health of Michigan citizens. This position will be the subject matter expert for GLHC’s BI analytics engine platform and work closely with platform vendors, internal team, and external Michigan clients to successfully implement timely and accurate solutions.
The Development Director will design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy able to sustain and strengthen Great Lakes Health Connect. This position works closely with the Executive Director to establish development operations and a multifaceted revenue stream from a variety of donor segments to achieve the organization’s short and long term fundraising goals. This includes leveraging key relationships and contacts within and outside of the community.
